Terms of the auction:

Each Buyer must submit the following documents:

  1. application for accreditation (Annex 5 to the Regulation);
  2. power of attorney (Annex 4 to Regulation) Buyer’s authorized person to conduct transactions on the auction on his behalf and at his expense and authority to sign documents on the results of the auction – provided by entities.

The Exchange has the right to request from Buyers additional documents for participation in the auction, including, but not exclusively in order to carry out the functions of subject to financial monitoring according to the Law of Ukraine “On preventing and counteracting to legalization (laundering) of the proceeds of crime, terrorist financing, and financing proliferation of weapons of mass destruction”.

After passing the accreditation, participant will receive access data (username and password) to electronic trading systems with further instructions.

Technical requirements for the system:

MS Windows 2000 SP4/XP SP2/Vista/7/8/8.1/10

Browser: MS Explorer, Mozilla Firefox (up to version 51.0.1 inclusive with auto-update turned off) with the latest version of MS Silverlight plugin

Exchange commission fee is 2.5% of the value of coins bought and is paid by the Buyer.
