Auction will take place in the system of UICE electronic auctions with possibility of remote access.
Only non-resident buyers can participate in this auction.
To participate in the auction every Buyer must pass through the accreditation process.
Documents required for the Buyer for accreditation (electronic versions):
1) application for accreditation;
2) broker place lease agreement;
3) copy of the Statute (Articles of Association/Memorandum/Charter, etc) of the company endorsed with an Apostille or duly certified by the authorized person of the Buyer, notary or other means acceptable to the Exchange;
4) copy of the Certificate of Incorporation endorsed with an Apostille or duly certified by the authorized person of the Buyer, notary or other means acceptable to the Exchange;
5) copy of the document/or power of attorney that authorizes the person or persons representing the Company, indicating passport data and their authorities. This document has to be endorsed with an Apostille or duly certified by the authorized person of the Buyer, notary or other means acceptable to the Exchange;
6) AML questionnaire;
7) document/or power of attorney that authorizes the person or persons performing operations on behalf of the Company within the System of Electronic Auctions (hereinafter – the authorized representative), indicating passport data and their authorities. This document has to be endorsed with an Apostille or duly certified by the authorized person of the Buyer, notary or other means acceptable to the Exchange.
According to the Law on prevention of legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime or terrorist financing Exchange is obliged to identify its clients. To pass the identification Buyer has to provide the following list of documents.
