Due to the fact that only one buyer has submitted an application for participation in the auction, in accordance with subsection 1 of clause 45 of the Rules of organization and carrying out of exchange auctions for the sale of crude oil, gas condensate of own production and liquefied natural gas, approved by the Resolution of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine № 570 dated 16/10/2014, the auction committee decided:
Auction №216 for all lots declared to be invalid.
